Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your RoadLoop account and associated data at any time.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the RoadLoop app
- Go to Settings → Account → Request account deletion
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at roadloop_help@outlook.com from the email address associated with your RoadLoop account.

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership of the account before completing deletion.
What data is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete:
- Account details (e.g. email address, user ID)
- Trips and journeys data
- Vehicles, segments and related activity data
- App usage data associated with the account
Retention
We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of the request.
Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes where it cannot be linked back to an individual user.
